Zhang Wei, the leader of the Jianhe China Resources Hope Town project team, said that building a China Resources Hope Town through "environmental transformation, industrial assistance, organizational restructuring, and spiritual reconstruction" can enable villagers to take advantage of Jianhe County's unique original eco-tourism cultural resources, Combine modern organization and management, and embark on the road of sustainable development to get rid of poverty and become rich.

This year is a decisive year for poverty alleviation, and also a year of special significance for the construction of the town. The construction of Jianhe CR Hope Town will not only drive the villagers out of poverty, but also make a useful exploration and attempt for the next rural revitalization strategy.

It is reported that the total investment of Jianhe China Resources Hope Town Project is about 135 million yuan, and the planned red line area is 186000 square meters, benefiting 143 households and 473 people in the village. The project aims to build Zhaizhang Village into a beautiful Miao village through the planning and design concept of "three mountains, two valleys and five settlements, four pavilions and two streets of landscape residence".

After the government requisitions land from the villagers, we will implement a unified construction standard to help the villagers rebuild their houses. Zhang Wei said that in order to smooth the renovation and reconstruction, in terms of housing subsidies, a full subsidy policy was also implemented for the poor households who had filed cards. All the money for housing reconstruction was subsidized by China Resources Group. China Resources Group also subsidizes 70% of poor households who are not registered. After the house reconstruction, the property right of the house is still owned by the villagers, while the land is owned by the government. The company is only responsible for the management and future operation of the town.

It is worth mentioning that the reconstructed old wooden houses are basically redesigned, reinforced and reconstructed on the basis of retaining the original frame of the old wooden houses, ensuring safety and beauty, while retaining the unique original ecological characteristics of the Miao village houses.

Zhang Wei said that through such a development mode, the stable income increase of villagers can be ensured to the greatest extent, and the risk of villagers' own industry can be minimized. After the town is officially opened, the annual gross income per capita in the village is expected to reach 10000 yuan.

In addition, after the completion of public facilities and infrastructure in the town, Milan Flower Hotel, kindergarten, Miao Embroidery Hall, craft workshop, strawberry picking garden, etc. will also provide sufficient jobs for villagers.

23 villagers can earn 150 to 250 yuan a day for construction on the site

Among them, the "Miao Embroidery Hall", which provides tourists with the display and experience of Miao skills, will invite expert inheritors of Miao silver and Miao embroidery skills to stay in the hall, and provide guidance for villagers learning Miao silver and Miao embroidery and tourists coming to the town.

After the villagers learned the skills and made handicrafts, the company will also use its own resources and channels to help the villagers sell handicrafts. While inheriting the Miao culture and skills, it can also help the villagers increase their income and become rich.

"Originally, the traffic here was relatively blocked, and there were no cars in the village. It was all Tiankan dirt roads and wooden houses. Now, after China Resources came, it first changed our living environment, and then there were industries to drive the villagers to become rich." Tian Quanhe, the village director of Zhaizhang Village, said that in the past, he could not see that Zhaizhang Village could still have such great tourism value, I didn't expect it would become so good now.

As a key poverty alleviation tourism project in Jianhe County, the "Peninsula" Zhazhang Village, which is surrounded by mountains on one side and water on the other, actually has natural environmental advantages. The geographical advantage of only 10 minutes away from Jianhe Hot Spring Scenic Spot makes the town have sufficient tourist resources.

It is reported that Jianhe China Resources Hope Town will be completed in September this year.
