Guizhou is rich in red cultural resources, and it is also one of the provinces where the Central Red Army spent the longest time, had the widest range of activities, and had the most major events during the Long March. With obvious advantages in red tourism resources, Guizhou has continuously increased investment in the protection of red cultural heritage and tourism development, and red tourism continues to maintain its popularity.

Zunyi is rich in red resources. There are dozens of red tourist attractions, such as the Memorial Hall of Zunyi Conference Site, the former residence of Chairman Mao, the former site of the General Political Department of the Red Army, and Loushanguan Scenic Spot. During the May Day holiday, the number of tourists reached the maximum limit.

Focusing on the culture of the Long March, Zunyi has created tourism projects such as Loushanguan Red Tourism Area, Gouba Red Cultural Tourism Industry Innovation Area, and Yuqing's battle site of crossing the Wujiang River, and innovated tourism methods to upgrade the single "visit" to "experience", so that tourists can experience the battle scenes of the Red Army warriors, giving red tourism a different experience.

Qiandongnan strives to build a coordinated development pattern of red tourism with Liping as the leader, 13 counties and cities where the Red Army has moved as the focus, and other counties and cities as the support, and vigorously develops red tourism. Build and upgrade a number of classic red tourism scenic spots with high standards, deeply develop new "red" projects with distinctive red themes and vivid and interesting contents, explore and develop experience projects such as parent-child tours, red hiking tours, etc. with "revisiting the Long March Road" and other outdoor survival experience tourism projects. Create "Liping Conference", Kaili Party Group, a French map to help the Red Army out of the predicament, Zhenyuan Heping Village and other red "IP" in Southeast Guizhou, and let tourists experience the various forms of red tourism during the May Day holiday in a more contemporary way.

Red tourism not only stimulates people's patriotism, but also plays a positive role in promoting the development of tourism economy in Guizhou.

Jiming Sansheng Village, Linkou Town, Qixingguan District, Bijie City, which is located at the junction of Sichuan, Yunnan and Guizhou provinces, held the famous "Jiming Sansheng" conference here because of the Red Army's Long March. During the May Day holiday, tourists came in an endless stream.

Bijie has actively built a characteristic tourism that combines the red tourist attractions of Jiming three provinces with the sightseeing and exploration of Baizhang Cliff, driving rural development and increasing farmers' income. Since the development of the scenic spot, villagers have bid farewell to dilapidated old houses and settled in new houses. The scenic spot has provided a variety of jobs, and the per capita net income of villagers has increased from 3400 yuan to 5800 yuan.
