According to the Regulations on the Administration of Toll Roads (Decree No. 417 of the State Council), the Notice of the General Office of the Provincial People's Government on the Adjustment of Toll Road Vehicle Toll Standards and the Trial Implementation of Weight based Toll Collection for High speed and High grade Highway Trucks (QFBF [2007] No. 37) The Written Reply of the Provincial People's Government on the Work Plan of Guizhou Province for Adjusting the Toll Road Truck Toll Charging Method (QFH [2019] No. 137) and the Written Reply of the Provincial People's Government on Approving the Zheng'an Xishui Expressway to Set up Stations to Collect Vehicle Toll (QFH [2021] No. 68), etc, The following is hereby notified of the relevant matters concerning the toll standards for vehicles on Zheng'an Xishui Expressway:

   1、 Toll mileage and specific charging standards

（1） Toll mileage

According to the mileage measurement of Zheng'an Xishui Expressway, the total length of the trunk road is 130.374 km, including 78.743 km of road mileage, 51.631 km of bridge and tunnel mileage (including 21 Class I bridges, 5 Class II bridges, 5 Class I tunnels, 6 Class II tunnels, 1 Class IV tunnel, and 5 Class V tunnels). The supporting ramp mileage is 28.116 km, and the approach mileage is 9.273 km.

（2） Specific charging standards

Vehicles traveling on expressways shall be charged according to the vehicle (axle) type. The specific vehicle toll standards for each inter district section are detailed in the annex, and shall be implemented from the date of delivery for use after being accepted by the relevant departments.

  2、 Do a good job in organizing and implementing charges

Toll road operators and managers should set up bulletin boards containing the names of toll stations, examination and approval authorities, toll collection units, toll standards, starting and ending toll collection years, supervision telephone numbers and other contents at prominent locations of toll stations approved by QFH [2021] No. 68, and accept social supervision.

Strengthen the professional training and professional ethics education for toll station staff, and the toll collection staff should be civilized, polite and standardized in service.

According to the measured mileage of Zunyi Yuqing Expressway, the total length of the trunk road is 93.95 km, including 54.34 km of road mileage, 39.61 km of bridge and tunnel mileage (including 13 Class I bridges, 1 Class II bridge, 1 Class III bridge, 5 Class I tunnels, 7 Class II tunnels, 2 Class III tunnels, 3 Class IV tunnels, and 2 Class V tunnels). The supporting ramp mileage is 58.94 km, and the approach mileage is 3.61 km.

（2） Specific charging standards

The actual mileage of Duyun Anshun Expressway shows that the total length of the trunk road is 271.01 km, including 191.473 km of road mileage, 79.537 km of bridge and tunnel mileage (including 24 Class I bridges, 10 Class II bridges, 2 Class III bridges, 2 Class IV bridges, 20 Class I tunnels, 8 Class II tunnels, 4 Class III tunnels, 2 Class IV tunnels, and 2 Class V tunnels). The supporting ramp mileage is 157.715km, and the approach mileage is 14.317km.

（2） Specific charging standards
