The Party Committee of Guizhou Branch of Agricultural Development Bank of China attaches great importance to foreign exchange management. In order to carry out this publicity contest, it is clear that the deputy president in charge will personally grasp it. Taking the contest as an opportunity, it will comprehensively strengthen the visit of foreign trade enterprises, the publicity of policies and regulations, and improve the initiative of agricultural policy based financial services. The Investment Division organized backbone forces to actively plan and carefully guide, closely surrounding the three competition units of "foreign exchange management policies and regulations, enterprise exchange rate hedging, and keeping away from illegal cross-border financial activities", and combining its own business characteristics to organize and produce entries. After fierce competition, three works were finalists. Finally, the work "Interpretation of the Notice on Further Promoting the Facilitation of Cross border Trade and Investment" won the first prize by virtue of the easy to understand interpretation of promoting enterprise trade facilitation, foreign exchange capital and current account income and expenditure facilitation, and the work "Promotion of Foreign Exchange Facilitation Policies" and "Attacking Illegal Cross border Financial Activities to Establish a Correct Concept of Foreign Exchange Financing" won outstanding awards respectively.

For a long time, Guizhou Branch of Agricultural Development Bank of China has conscientiously implemented the requirements of foreign exchange management and self-discipline mechanism, institutions at all levels continued to increase the publicity of foreign exchange business, and actively carried out "enterprise exchange rate risk management" visits. In 2023, through the promotion of foreign exchange business facilitation and exchange rate risk neutrality, enterprises will be guided to enhance their awareness and ability of exchange rate risk management, and they will visit foreign trade enterprises more than 220 times. The whole jurisdiction organized more than 100 publicity campaigns of "neutral exchange rate risk" and distributed more than 2000 publicity materials. The Party Committee of the provincial branch attaches importance to the training of foreign exchange management talents, enriches foreign exchange management talents of business handling agencies, and constantly improves the level of settlement services. In 2023, the number of international settlement business handled by foreign exchange enterprises will reach 89% year-on-year, the business volume will grow rapidly, and the service quality will be recognized by enterprise customers.
