In order to thoroughly implement the work requirements of the State Financial Supervision and Administration Administration and superior banks on strengthening work safety, recently, the Agricultural Development Bank of China Huangping County Sub branch invited Guizhou Moment Technology Co., Ltd. to carry out fire safety training for all staff (including labor service personnel) of the sub branch. The purpose is to enhance the fire safety awareness of the whole staff and improve the fire safety prevention and emergency response capacity of the site.

During the training, the instructor analyzed and explained the causes and lessons of the fire in simple terms in combination with recent typical fire cases. At the same time, in combination with the actual situation of financial institutions, the instructor gave a detailed explanation on the common sense of fire fighting, the parts prone to fire in offices and business places, fire prevention, etc., and introduced the formation of the fire in detail from the aspects of "fire prevention", "fire fighting", "escape" and "self rescue" The fire fighting method at the initial stage emphasizes that the focus of fire is "prevention". Only by doing a good job in prevention can life and property losses be avoided. Then organize and carry out practical drills.

The drill plan was first explained by the safety professionals of the sub branch to clarify the division of labor and responsibilities of each post, and the instructor supplemented the problems that would arise during the drill. Subsequently, the sub branch strictly followed the emergency plan process. During the evacuation and escape process, all staff covered their mouths and noses, orderly evacuated to the open area of the office building through the safe passage, and quickly and orderly left the site, ensuring the safety of personnel. In the application of fire safety facilities, employees are familiar with and practically master the application of fire equipment to ensure that they can effectively respond to fire in emergency.

Safety is no trivial matter, and responsibility is greater than the day. Everyone said that they had benefited a lot from this training exercise and would consciously strengthen their fire prevention awareness and improve their own fire emergency ability in the future. In the next step, the sub branch will continue to build a security defense line, constantly improve the regular troubleshooting of fire safety hazards, improve emergency response capabilities, and contribute to the creation of a harmonious and stable financial environment.
