After confirming the girl's physical features, dress and other information, I immediately reported to the train control room, and the traffic attendant quickly communicated the relevant information with 29 stations along the line.Finally, with the concerted cooperation of the staff, he finally found his daughter.I was pleased to see my father and daughter embrace each other after they met.
Asking and waiting anxiously again and again, they passed messages from one station to another, comforting the parents again and again, and finally helping the father and daughter reunite.In fact, these more than 20 minutes are just a short picture of busy subway people 24 hours a day.
I remember another time when I was guiding passengers to buy tickets at the ticket vending machine, I noticed a passenger with a guide stick in his hand. I immediately went to help and reported to the train control room.
During the communication with him, I learned that he was a veteran and took the subway for the first time today. I wanted to feel the speed of the subway.In the process of helping him ride, I heard him tell his story. He loved life. Our station helped him fulfill his little wish through love relay. When he left the station, he stopped me and said, "Thank you, little girl."
