Both the tunnel side wall, track and track bed, as well as the rail bottom and base can be thoroughly cleaned. This not only improves the air quality in the tunnel, but also provides a strong guarantee for the normal operation of the equipment inside the tunnel.

The reporter learned that the tunnel cleaning vehicle is equipped with two sets of water pump units, namely, high-pressure water pump unit and low-pressure water pump unit, which are used to wash the lower part of the track and the side wall of the tunnel. A set of fixed spraying device is respectively arranged at the front and rear ends of the body, which can realize two-way operation and independent control. The fixed spraying device is mainly used for high-pressure water washing of track bed, rail base and tunnel wall.

In addition to the fixed spraying device, there is a full face spraying device tunnel cleaning set at the top of the workroom walkway. There are nine nozzles in total. Each nozzle can be controlled separately, and the nozzle angle can also be adjusted, which is mainly used for high-pressure water flushing of the tunnel wall.

A handheld spray pump is also set under the ceiling of its working area, and a handheld spray gun is respectively set at the working platform and the front of the ceiling of the working area, which is mainly used for spraying operations at specific locations.

It is reported that the appearance of tunnel cleaning vehicles has improved the cleanliness of subway tunnels, helped extend the service life of subway equipment, and effectively reduced the The maintenance cost improves the overall operation efficiency of the subway.
