In the process of learning and educating the history of the Party, the General Party Branch of the School of Economics and Management of Tongren Vocational and Technical College focused on "doing", highlighted the word "doing", and actively solved the problems of teachers and students in the college.

Create a characteristic party history library to create a strong learning atmosphere. The General Party Branch of the School of Economics and Management has established a library In the "Party Construction Center" and other learning places, teachers and students use their spare time to go into the library, read books related to the Party history, and go into the Party Construction Center to review the history of the Communist Party of China, which enriches the amateur cultural life of teachers and students in learning the century long struggle history of the Party, and also promotes teachers and students to learn the history of the Communist Party of China more systematically, comprehensively and deeply.

Talk face to face and solve problems point-to-point. The School of Economics and Management has held many symposiums for graduates, students and student cadres. Through the symposium, we fully understood the problems existing in students' professional courses, learning environment, the use of experimental training rooms, practical life and other aspects, and provided students with opportunities in employment and career selection, academic and professional studies, academic upgrading and team building. At the same time, the representative of graduate student cadres, in combination with work and reality, exchanged and studied with the representative of student cadres on campus on the basis of students' comprehensive abilities and qualities such as working methods and skills, language expression and communication coordination, ideas and measures to solve problems, and put forward valuable opinions and suggestions on further strengthening student management in the college.

The leaders of the School of Economics and Management led the heads of each department and some head teachers' representatives to the office area, teaching area and student dormitories for troubleshooting.
