Recently, with the tacit cooperation of Wu Zhongquan and his wife, a rattan sofa seat board was soon completed in the rattan weaving factory in Aitun Community, Bijiang District. He said, "I didn't expect that the hand who has been holding a hoe for most of his life could weave happiness flowers out of vines."

In 2019, through cross regional relocation for poverty alleviation, five members of Wu Zhongquan's family moved from Lengcao Village, Shasipo Town, Yinjiang Autonomous County to the resettlement site in Aitun Community, Bijiang, and worked in the poverty alleviation workshop introduced by the resettlement site to live a new life of "new home upstairs, employment downstairs".

Since the 13th Five Year Plan, Tongren Municipal Party Committee and Tongren Municipal People's Government have taken relocation for poverty alleviation as the "first shot" of poverty alleviation, and implemented relocation for poor people.

In order to let the relocated people live in good houses and live a good life at a fast pace, in November 2016, Tongren City launched a cross regional relocation project for poverty alleviation, and decided to relocate the poor people living in deep mountain areas and Shishan District in Songtao, Sinan, Yinjiang, Dejiang, Yanhe, Shiqian and other places to Bijiang, Wanshan, Dalong and Tongren High tech Zone.

Today, 293600 people in Tongren have moved out of the mountain, including 125400 people who have moved across districts and counties. Wu Zhongquan's family is one of them.

Move out of the mountain and share development. In order to continuously improve the sense of gain, happiness and security of relocated people, Tongren City has continued to support the construction of "five systems" around the relocation of ex situ poverty alleviation. It has continued to work hard in building a convenient service circle, strengthening the livelihood security network, and innovating service influence, vigorously promoting the "New Citizens · Dream Bridge" project, and jointly creating "Four Safe Homes".
