The "Dream River" is a beautiful village in Fanjing Mountain Village. More than 20 villagers in the village run villas and homestays, some of which earn millions of yuan annually. Yang Zaifa said that in the past, this place was not called "Menggouba", but "Menggouba".

In the eyes of villagers, the past Mount Fanjing is not a "golden mountain", but a "roadblock", blocking the pace of travel and development. In fact, in the past, due to the barrier of mountains and rivers, most people "lived in poverty with green water and green mountains".

"Green water and green mountains are golden mountains and silver mountains." When the spring breeze of the "two mountains" concept blows the land of eastern Guizhou, Tongren firmly adheres to the green development concept, strives to read the mountain script, do a good job in water, play a good ecological card, and strive to create a green development pilot demonstration area.

Based on the advantages of eco-tourism resources of Mount Fanjing, Tongren has accelerated the development of tourism industry led by Mount Fanjing in accordance with the idea of "making the mountain attractive and the mountain productive". In particular, in 2018, Mount Fanjing was listed as a world natural heritage site and rated as a national 5A tourist attraction in the same year, providing opportunities for rural tourism development under Mount Fanjing.

Located at the foot of Jinshan Mountain, Fanjingshan Village is devoting itself to developing rural tourism. More than 20 poor and backward villagers in Menggouba used to eat "tourism meals" and embark on the road to prosperity. Yang Zaifa said, "Living at the foot of Jinshan Mountain and living a dream life, we changed the name of Menggouba to 'Dream River' to attract more tourists."
