In order to further optimize the notarization service, recently, the Provincial Foreign Affairs Office, the Provincial Department of Justice and the Provincial Notary Association jointly organized a symposium around the joint service of "notarization+consular certification", and realized the theme of "one application, one window acceptance, and joint handling" of foreign-related notarization and consular certification.
The meeting conducted in-depth exchanges and discussions on how to further promote the one-stop notarization service. The participants unanimously proposed that the Provincial Notary Association and the Provincial Foreign Affairs Office jointly build a liaison platform to strengthen cooperation between the two sides, realize information sharing and resource exchange, and provide more convenient and efficient notarial services for the masses. A qualified foreign-related notary institution may, according to the authorization of the Provincial Foreign Affairs Office, be responsible for accepting, reviewing and handling relevant notarial business. After completing the production of notarial documents, the notary institution will be responsible for delivering the produced notarial documents to the Provincial Foreign Affairs Office safely and accurately.
Participants said that in the future, they will further strengthen cooperation, optimize service processes, improve service quality, and make people feel more convenient and warm in the process of enjoying notarial services. This innovative measure means that when handling foreign-related notarization and consular certification, the masses no longer need to go to different departments separately, but can apply at the same window at one time, accept once, realize linkage processing, so that the masses can save time, effort and worry.
In the next step, our province will continue to deepen the notarization certificate reduction and speed up activities, constantly improve the one-stop service model, and promote the development of notarization services to a higher level.
