Qi Dengqiang, chairman of Guizhou Juhe Health Industry Development (Group) Co., Ltd., was elected as the chairman of the third council, and Wang Zhengyu, general manager of Guiyang Branch of China Enterprise Power Technology Co., Ltd., was elected as the executive vice chairman of the third council.

It is reported that Guiyang Marriage Association was established in September 1999 with the approval of Guiyang Civil Affairs Bureau.
