My daily work is to fight side by side with doctors under the shadowless lamp to maintain the life safety of patients.

 

Surgery is not a solo operation. An operation needs the cooperation of anesthesiologist, operating nurse and surgeon. Some people describe the work in the operating room as a spinning top, with no rest and lack of regularity. As long as I go to work, I don't know when to get off work. When I get busy, it's normal to work for more than ten hours. With the increase of the number of operations and more and more major operations, the director and head nurse have flexible shifts and reasonably arranged second and third line medical staff. The work in the operating room is tense and busy, but everyone silently and high-quality completes their own work.

Under the shadowless light, the nurses and doctors in the anesthesia and surgery department fought side by side and cooperated closely, racing against the clock at the same time, saving the lives of patients without regrets.

 

In the past year, I also participated in some competitions under the training of the department and achieved certain results. Although the daily work in the operating room was very busy, the mutual help between colleagues, as well as the understanding and affirmation of patients, made me feel particularly happy and satisfied in my work.

 

In the new year, I hope to get further promotion in my professional title, and then I can spend more time with my parents in life, taking them out for a walk and a look.
