Songsai Sipandun welcomed the Guizhou delegation to Laos, appreciated the opening of the Guiyang Vientiane special tourism train, and happily recalled the past visit to Guizhou. He said that Laos and China are good neighbors, good friends, good comrades and good partners. In recent years, under the strategic guidance of the top leaders of the two parties and two countries, the construction of the Laos China community of common destiny has achieved fruitful results. The Guizhou delegation's visit has an important role in promoting exchanges and cooperation between Laos and Guizhou. It is hoped that the two sides will carry out practical cooperation in the development and utilization of mineral resources, channel logistics, education, transportation infrastructure, agriculture, energy, tourism and other fields, so as to jointly benefit the people of the two places and promote the building of a community of common destiny between Laos and China to achieve more results. The Lao government will arrange relevant departments to set up a special working group, establish a cooperation mechanism with relevant parties in Guizhou, carry out work docking on cooperation matters one by one, and ensure implementation. Li Bingjun, on behalf of the provincial party committee and the provincial government, expressed his gratitude to Songsai Sipandun for promoting cooperation between Laos and Guizhou, and briefly introduced the situation and economic and social development of Guizhou Province.
