On May 16, Xu Lin, Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee and Director of the Standing Committee of the Provincial People's Congress, met in Guiyang with Mei Bing, Secretary of the Party Committee of East China Normal University, and Qian Xuhong, President and academician of the Chinese Academy of Engineering, and attended the signing ceremony of the Strategic Cooperation Agreement of East China Normal University of the People's Government of Guizhou Province.
