A high-speed railway connects the love of crossing mountains and seas.

On August 8, the Guili Section of Guiyang Nanning High speed Railway was opened. When the train slowly leaves from Guiyang North Station, a new journey begins, which also means that there is more option to take the bullet train from Guiyang to Libo.

On August 31, Nanli Section was opened to traffic, and the whole line of Guiyang Nanning High speed Railway was put into operation!

The Guiyang South High speed Railway is the first railway between Guizhou and Guangxi with a design speed of 350 kilometers per hour. The shortest time from Guiyang to Libo is only 57 minutes. The travel time from Guiyang to Nanning will be shortened from more than 5 hours to more than 2 hours.

The Guiyang Nanning High speed Railway connects the tourism resources along the line, such as Longli Grassland, Guiding Jinhai Snow Mountain, Duyun Green Expo Park, Dushan Tiandong Scenic Spot, Libo Seven Small Arches, which has greatly stimulated people's travel enthusiasm. "Going to Libo by high-speed railway" has become a new travel fashion.

Exciting railway history

After more than six years of construction, the 482km long Guiyang Nanning High speed Railway has passed through karst areas with extremely complex geological conditions, extending the high-speed railway network in western China further south.

This first "artery" with a design speed of 350 kilometers per hour in Guizhou and Guangxi is an important part of Baotou Haikou high-speed railway in China's "eight vertical and eight horizontal" high-speed railway network. It opens a new channel for the west to go to sea. Since then, the mountain is no longer high and the sea is no longer far away.

In the construction of Guiyang Nanning High speed Railway, the tunnel ratio is more than 90%, the unstable karst geology, the hidden karst caves and cavities in the deep... can be called "impossible" tasks, but the builders have overcome one difficulty after another with wisdom and hard work.

There are 33 scientific research projects of Guiyang Nanning High speed Railway, and the participating units have invested more than 40 million yuan to carry out scientific experiments or new technology application research. In the section from Dushan to Libo, relying on the key research project of "there is a bridge in the tunnel, and there is a hole in the bridge", seven invention patents have been obtained.

This technological breakthrough has made the opening of the Guiyang Nanning High speed Railway a milestone. From "Colorful Guizhou" to "Magnificent Guangxi", it has linked up a "golden tourism line" with dense natural and cultural landscapes.

Gui Li Section of Guiyang South High speed Railway passes through Guiyang City and Qiannan Buyei and Miao Autonomous Prefecture, with Guiyang North, Longli North, Guiding County, Duyun East, Dushan and Libo stations.
