On July 3, the written examination for the public selection of civil servants by the municipal organs in Liupanshui in 2021 was successfully opened in Liupanshui Normal University. This public selection involves 40 positions in 19 competent departments, 57 people are planned to be selected, and 456 people have passed the qualification examination and participated in the written examination.
In order to thoroughly implement the organizational line of the Party in the new era and further implement the "two 80%" policy of the provincial party committee and the provincial government on recruitment and selection, the Organization Department of the Municipal Party Committee adopts the method of open examination, strict investigation, equal competition, and selective admission to openly select civil servants to work in municipal organs from the grass-roots level. We will continue to expand the channels for grassroots cadres to move upward, stimulate their enthusiasm for entrepreneurship, and continue to optimize the structure of the cadre team.
It is worth mentioning that this year's selection will pay more attention to political requirements and grass-roots work experience, adhere to both political integrity and talent, strictly apply for the examination conditions, clearly require that civil servants with more than three years of grass-roots work experience can apply for the examination, focus on examining the comprehensive qualities of the selected personnel, such as policy and theoretical level, ability to analyze and solve practical problems, and ability to express words, so as to ensure the entrance to selection.
The examination was carried out in strict accordance with the implementation plan of the standardized epidemic prevention and control standards. The examinees passed the security check in an orderly manner and entered the examination site with valid certificates such as the health QR code, ID card and examination permit. The open selection work shall strictly abide by the principles of democracy, openness, competition and merit, strictly check and strictly observe the discipline in accordance with the selection regulations and the requirements of the written examination work plan, and do a good job in the written examination work.
