On the arrival of the 61st "Memorial Day of Learning from Lei Feng", in order to further advocate the new trend of social civilization and expand the era connotation of Lei Feng's spirit, on March 5, Huaxi District organized the "Building Silver Collar" volunteer service team to carry out the activity of "I add a flower to Huaxi", guide retired cadres to remember their original intention and mission, inherit Lei Feng's spirit with practical actions, and strengthen their sense of volunteer service, Help civilized behavior and transmit positive social energy.

During the activity, the volunteer members of "Building Silver Collar" turned into "environmental protection guards", went deep into communities, parks, and Golden Avenue, and were not afraid of hardship or dirt. They walked the way, picked up the way, cooperated with each other, and acted in an orderly manner.

At the bank of Huaxi River, the old comrades hold garbage bags in their hands and focus on the ground. They bend down to pick up all kinds of garbage along the way, such as waste, paper towels, peels and cigarette butts, and put the collected garbage into the dustbin after sorting. Looking at the clear and tidy Huaxi River, the old cadres showed happy smiles on their faces.
