On March 28, the Chinese Football Association issued a notice on hiring football social supervisors:
In order to further strengthen the supervision and management of the football industry, improve the transparency of the football work, and promote the healthy development of the football cause, the Chinese Football Association plans to openly hire football social supervisors nationwide. Relevant matters are hereby notified as follows:
1、 Scope of employment
Recruit several supervisors for national news media and fan organizations; Invite representatives of the discipline inspection and supervision department, representatives of the National People's Congress and the CPPCC as supervisors to participate in the supervision work in the city where the football professional league matches are located.
2、 Qualifications
(1) Chinese citizens support the leadership of the Communist Party of China, the Party's line, principles and policies, and abide by national laws and regulations.
(2) Love football cause, care about football development, have certain football knowledge or administrative management experience, be healthy, and in principle not more than 65 years old.
(3) Have the ability to perform supervision duties, and have good moral quality and social responsibility.
(4) Good conduct, no criminal record or other bad social record.
3、 Job responsibilities
(1) Invited to listen to the briefing of China Football Association on key football work, and put forward opinions and suggestions on relevant work; Participate in the supervision of professional football league matches, youth matches, referee selection and other activities.
(2) Carry out research on football work, collect opinions from all walks of life on football development, and put forward policy suggestions to the China Football Association.
(3) Supervise the football industry employees' compliance with the law, integrity and self-discipline, and performance of duties, report the supervision to the China Football Association, feed back the problems found, and put forward suggestions for improvement.
(4) Abide by discipline, keep secrets, and do not disclose or divulge the work content and information learned from the supervision activities without permission.
4、 Other matters
(1) The work of supervisors is a public welfare activity and adheres to the principle of voluntariness and free of charge.
(2) The application of news media personnel must be approved by the unit to which they belong and approved by the organization or personnel department of the unit with seal; The representatives of fan organizations shall be selected from the fan organizations officially registered by the local civil affairs departments at all levels, reviewed by the local football associations, and approved by the sports administrative departments; Representatives of the discipline inspection and supervision department, the National People's Congress and the CPPCC are invited by the China Football Association to the relevant departments of the city where the league matches are located.
(3) The China Football Association will determine the list of supervisors according to the work needs and the actual situation of applicants and recommenders, issue employment letters and publish them on the website of the China Football Association.
(4) The supervisor shall be employed for a period of two years, and after the expiration of the period, the supervisor can be reappointed on the basis of job needs and personal performance.
