With regard to the conflict between Russia and Ukraine, Putin also said that Russia is ready for negotiations, but negotiations should be based on realistic conditions. He reiterated that Russia hopes to resolve all disputes and conflicts by peaceful means.

Putin also said that if the US military appeared in Ukraine, Russia would regard it as an armed intervener. If the United States conducts a nuclear test, Russia will conduct a similar test.

Putin said that the West has understood that it is impossible to defeat Russia on the battlefield. Russia hopes to reach an agreement with the West, but it needs clear security guarantees that are in line with Russia's interests. Russia does not intend to split the West, but will defend its own interests. In addition, the Russian side did not interfere in the US presidential election process. The Russian side is ready to work with any future US president.
