Its monitoring and control still follow the' Technical Specification for Monitoring of Rattus norvegicus in Agricultural Areas' formulated in 2007 and the 'Technical Specification for Controlling Rattus norvegicus in Agricultural Areas' formulated in 2010.Since the two industry standards have been formulated for a long time, it is difficult to meet the current actual needs for monitoring, prevention and control of rattus norvegicus, so it is very urgent to formulate relevant industry standards in a timely manner.
