The first Vocational Skills Competition in Guizhou Province was hosted by the People's Government of Guizhou Province and undertaken by the Human Resources and Social Security Department of Guizhou Province and the People's Government of Guiyang City. With the theme of "new era, new skills and new dreams", the competition adheres to the concept of innovation, fairness, efficiency, thrift and green safety, and promotes competition to promote learning, training and construction.

　　 The tea art (national competition) project is one of the key competitions in the Guizhou Vocational Skills Competition. The Guizhou Tea Culture Research Association provides technical support. This tea art (national competition) is an authoritative and professional competition in the tea industry of our province. A total of 21 tea skill players selected from cities and prefectures within the province, provincial enterprises and colleges under the central government in Guizhou and Guizhou gathered in Guiyang. Through the three links of tea art, tea soup quality competition, and self created tea art (including theoretical oral examination), the competition project aims to show the standard operation mode, artistically express the tea brewing process, and emphasize the perfect combination of tea soup quality and tea brewing process, To comprehensively demonstrate the solid basic skills and comprehensive quality of Guizhou tea art practitioners.

　　 In order to ensure that the competition process is open, fair and just, the 25 judges who acted as the referee of this competition were senior tea skill experts from cities (prefectures) and colleges and universities in the province. Luo Ping, a senior tea skill expert in our province and vice president of Guizhou Tea Culture Research Association, served as the referee. In strict accordance with the relevant standards and regulations of the "National Games", the judges will conduct on-site judgment, and evaluate and score the performance of the players in all aspects. It is stipulated that tea art and self created tea art each account for 30% of the total score, and tea soup quality competition accounts for 40% of the total score. The arbitration team of this competition is composed of the relevant persons appointed by the Organizing Committee and the persons in charge of each competition area, who will supervise the whole process on the spot.

　　 On the competition field, the contestants competed with each other in tea art, tea fragrance and answering questions. While learning from each other and improving their skills, they also let the audience feel the charm of tea culture closely, fully reflecting the professional characteristics of tea art beauty, deep connotation and strong skills, and fully demonstrating the new style of Guizhou tea people. The judges participating in this competition said that the contestants had their own characteristics and innovations in creativity, collocation and color.

　　 According to the person in charge of Guizhou Tea Culture Research Association, the technical support unit, the holding of this tea art (national competition) project not only improved the service skills and professional level of Guizhou tea industry employees, but also showed the image and style of Guizhou tea industry employees to the whole society, and improved the industry self-esteem and industry confidence of employees.
