On December 15, Xu Lin, Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee and Director of the Standing Committee of the Provincial People's Congress, and Li Bingjun, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee and Governor of Guizhou Province, met with Wu Huaxin, Chairman of Yongrong Holding Group, and his delegation in Guiyang to jointly attend the signing ceremony of the Strategic Cooperation Framework Agreement of Yongrong Holding Group Co., Ltd. under the People's Government of Guizhou Province. Yang Xilong, President of Yongrong Holding Group, Yang Lixin, Executive Vice President, Li Jun, Vice President, Guo Xiwen, Member of the Standing Committee of the CPC Sichuan Provincial Committee and Secretary General of the CPC Sichuan Provincial Committee, and Luo Qiang, Vice Governor of the province attended the meeting.

Xu Lin and Li Bingjun, on behalf of the provincial party committee and the provincial government, welcomed Wu Huaxin and his delegation. They said that at present, Guizhou is deeply implementing the spirit of the Third Plenary Session of the 20th CPC Central Committee and the spirit of the important speech made by General Secretary Xi Jinping during his visit to Guizhou, earnestly implementing the deployment of the Central Economic Work Conference, adhering to the principle of focusing on industry and focusing on industry, and vigorously building a modern industrial system with Guizhou characteristics and an important position in the national industrial pattern. Wu Huaxin briefly introduced the development of the Group in recent years. He said that Yongrong Group will continue to deeply cultivate and invest in Guizhou, further optimize the industrial layout in Guizhou, accelerate the implementation of cooperation projects, and contribute more to the modernization of Guizhou.

Luo Qiang and Yang Xilong signed the cooperation agreement on behalf of both parties. According to the agreement, the two sides will give full play to their respective advantages to jointly promote the integrated development of coal chemical industry, phosphorus chemical industry and new energy materials.

Leaders from Yongrong Holding Group, relevant provincial departments, Liupanshui City and Qiannan Prefecture attended the meeting.
