Li Bingjun, on behalf of the provincial Party committee and the provincial government, extended warm congratulations to the award-winning individuals and units, and extended high respect and sincere greetings to the vast number of scientific and technological workers in the province. He said that in recent years, the whole province has earnestly studied and implemented the spirit of the important speech made by General Secretary Xi Jinping during his visit to Guizhou, insisted on taking the overall situation into account with high-quality development, made efforts to catch up with the implementation of innovation driven development strategy, and achieved new results in promoting scientific and technological innovation in the province.
