From November 11 to 15, centering on "strengthening national defense education for all in the new era", Wang Dongfeng, vice chairman and secretary-general of the CPPCC National Committee, led a delegation to our province for research. Zhao Yongqing, member of the National Committee of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference and chairman of the Provincial Committee of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference, Zhang Maoyu, deputy secretary-general of the National Committee of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference, Liu Dewei, Sheng Bin, Li Yao, Wei Wei, Liu Nianguang, He Song, Nie Zexu, Liu Ying, Jing Yaping, Shen Aihong and other members of the National Committee of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference participated in the investigation. The delegation went to Guiyang City, Bijie City, Qiannan Prefecture and Zunyi City to investigate enterprises, schools, communities, military camps and red culture and education bases. The delegation went to Guizhou University of Finance and Economics, Guiyang No. 18 Middle School, Shengfu Road Primary School, Jinsha No. 4 Middle School, and Xinzhou Primary School to investigate and understand national defense education activities in depth, emphasizing the need to build a rich and diverse school defense education system, implement classified policies, and focus on practical results, so as to foster students' patriotism, respect for the military, and serve the country. At Xihu Community in Guiyang City and Jiangkouba Community in Weng'an County, the delegation inquired about the introduction of national defense education into the community in detail, stressed the need to innovate education forms and activity carriers, create a strong atmosphere of caring for, loving, building and defending national defense, and strive to make it known to everyone. After investigation in the production base of AVIC Gui'an New Area, Huawei Cloud Data Center, Zhenhua Electronics Group, and Liyang Aviation Power Co., Ltd., the delegation encouraged enterprises to improve their independent innovation ability, strengthen key core technology research, give full play to the backbone role of retired soldiers, strengthen practical skills training, and demonstrate their mission of dedication to the country. After paying homage to the old site of Houchang Meeting and Zunyi Meeting, and visiting the Red Army Street in Changgang Town, Renhuai, the delegation stressed that we should make good use of red resources, tell good revolutionary stories, continue the red blood, and promote national defense education in the new era to be deeply rooted in the hearts of the people.

The delegation pointed out that national defense education for all is a fundamental project for building and consolidating national defense and serving the modernization of the military. We should thoroughly study and implement Xi Jinping's thought of building a strong military, comprehensively study and implement the spirit of the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China and the Third Plenary Session of the 20th Central Committee of the Communist Party of China, conscientiously strengthen the "Four Consciousness", strengthen the "Four Confidence", achieve the "Two Safeguards", and build a good working pattern under the leadership of the Party Committee, close military civilian cooperation, support from all walks of life, and the participation of the whole people, Provide inexhaustible power and strong support for realizing the dream of a strong country and a strong military.
