On November 15, the 13th meeting of the Standing Committee of the 14th Provincial People's Congress closed in Guiyang.

Tao Changhai, Deputy Director of the Standing Committee of the Provincial People's Congress, presided over the meeting and delivered a speech. Wang Shijie, Guo Ruimin, Sang Weiliang, Yang Yongying, Li Yugui, Deputy Director, and Li Sanqi, Secretary General attended the meeting.

Yu Jie, member of the Party Leadership Group of the Standing Committee of the Provincial People's Congress, Zhang Jingping, Vice Governor of the Provincial People's Government, and Wang Yongjin, Procurator General of the Provincial People's Procuratorate attended the meeting as nonvoting delegates.

52 members of the Standing Committee of the Provincial People's Congress attended the meeting, which met the quorum.

The meeting voted to approve the Regulations of Guizhou Province on Comprehensive Administrative Law Enforcement of Transportation, the Regulations of Guizhou Province on the Protection, Inheritance and Utilization of Red Resources, the Code for Members of the Standing Committee of the People's Congress of Guizhou Province (revised), the Regulations of the Standing Committee of the People's Congress of Guizhou Province on the Approval of Voluntary Service Guarantee in Guiyang, and the Regulations of Bijie City on Property Management Resolution on the Regulations of Bijie City on the Construction and Management of Sports Facilities, the Regulations of Tongren City on the Protection and Development of Traditional Villages, the Regulations of Qianxinan Buyei and Miao Autonomous Prefecture on Personal Injury Relief Services for Peasant Workers, the resolution on convening the third meeting of the 14th People's Congress of Guizhou Province, the resolution on approving the provincial budget adjustment plan in 2024 Resolution on the removal of individual deputies from the National People's Congress, report of the Credentials Committee of the Standing Committee of the 14th People's Congress of Guizhou Province on the qualifications of individual deputies, and relevant appointment and removal proposals.

Before the meeting, the 42nd Chairman's Meeting of the Standing Committee of the 14th Provincial People's Congress was held. After the meeting, the Constitution was sworn in.
