On November 13, the 13th meeting of the Standing Committee of the 14th Provincial People's Congress was held as a nonvoting delegate forum to listen to the opinions and suggestions of the deputies to the People's Congress on the topics of the Standing Committee and the key hot issues concerned by the masses.
