We should focus on "qualitative, directional, shaping and quantitative" and seek truth from facts to determine the city's orientation. It is necessary to focus on the development status of the province, the development relationship with surrounding areas, its own historical and cultural characteristics, and the traffic location conditions, to further study and identify the nature of the city. It is necessary to deeply study the urban function orientation and spatial layout, scientifically determine the direction of urban industrial development and spatial expansion, and comprehensively promote the construction of infrastructure such as transportation, energy and water conservancy, as well as supporting public services such as education, medical care and old-age care, so as to better realize the integration of industry and city. It is necessary to strengthen urban design, coordinate the layout of urban buildings, coordinate the urban landscape style, and achieve integration with and for the landscape.
