Xu Lin Meets with the Delegation of Senior Cadres of the Communist Party of Nepal (Maoist Center)

On April 26, Xu Lin, Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee and Director of the Standing Committee of the Provincial People's Congress, met in Guiyang with a delegation of senior cadres led by Devo Gulong, General Secretary of the Communist Party of Nepal (Maoist Center). Lu Yongzheng, member of the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee and head of the Propaganda Department of the Provincial Party Committee, and Zhang Jingping, vice governor of the province attended the meeting.

Xu Lin welcomed the delegation on behalf of the provincial party committee, the provincial government and cadres and masses of all ethnic groups in the province, and introduced the economic and social development of Guizhou around poverty alleviation, big data development, red resources, etc. Xu Lin said that in recent years, under the joint leadership of General Secretary Xi Jinping and Nigerian leaders, China Nepal relations have continued to develop, setting an example of friendly exchanges between neighboring countries. Guizhou is willing to work with Nigeria to earnestly implement the important consensus reached by the leaders of the two countries, deepen cooperation in agriculture, tourism, education, infrastructure and other fields under the framework of jointly building the "Belt and Road", and make greater contributions to promoting China Nepal friendly exchanges.

Dwor Gulong thanked Guizhou for its warm reception and expressed admiration and congratulations on the achievements of Guizhou's economic and social development, especially poverty reduction. He said that Nigeria and China are neighbors and friends who have been friendly for generations and are willing to promote the continuous development of bilateral relations. Nepal and Guizhou have many cooperation points of convergence, and are willing to learn from Guizhou's development experience, strengthen exchanges and cooperation in agriculture, vocational and technical training, tourism, digital technology, employment assistance, economic and trade exchanges and other aspects, so as to achieve more practical results.
