From March 28 to 30, Jiang Zuojun, Vice Chairman of the National Committee of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference and Chairman of the Central Committee of the Zhigong Party, led a team to Bijie City, our province, to carry out targeted assistance to Qixingguan District and "region+field" group aid to Bijie, and attended the Zhigong Party's work conference on targeted assistance for rural revitalization.

Zhao Yongqing, Chairman of the CPPCC Provincial Committee, participated in relevant activities; Zhang Endi, Executive Vice Chairman of the Zhigong Party Central Committee; Cao Hongming, Lv Caixia, Yang Xingping, and Lu Guoyi, Vice Chairmen of the Zhigong Party Central Committee; Wu Shenghua, Member of the Standing Committee of the CPC Provincial Committee and Secretary of the CPC Bijie Municipal Committee; Sun Chengyi, Vice Chairman of the CPPCC Provincial Committee and Chairman of the CPC Guizhou Provincial Committee; and Zhang Xin, Secretary General of the CPPCC Provincial Committee, participated in relevant activities.

Jiang Zuojun successively went to Bijie Medical College, Bijie Vocational and Technical College and Bijie Meteorological Bureau for research, and unveiled the nameplate of Zhigong Rural Medical College in Qixingguan District, Bijie City at Bijie Medical College.

At the working meeting, Jiang Zuojun affirmed the achievements of Zhigong Party organizations at all levels in carrying out assistance in the past period. Jiang Zuojun stressed that the fixed-point support and "region+field" group support work for Qixingguan District of Bijie City is not only the important responsibility of Zhigong Party to participate in helping consolidate and expand the achievements of poverty alleviation, comprehensively promote rural revitalization, and achieve common prosperity, but also the important task of implementing the decisions and deployment of the CPC Central Committee and performing the responsibilities of participating parties. We should further improve our political position, accurately grasp the significance of helping, consciously guide our actions with ideology, constantly strengthen the ability of organization and mobilization, improve the level of advice and administration, and improve our work style. We should focus on the priorities of our work, give full play to the advantages of Zhigong Party, and focus on firmly holding the bottom line of not returning to poverty on a large scale, promoting targeted assistance in the direction of digital transformation, people's livelihood concerns and industrial development, making overall efforts, highlighting the key points, implementing precise policies, and seeking practical results, so as to effectively implement the goal and task of the Zhigong Party Central Committee to help build a "colorful seven star" targeted assistance. We should continue to deepen the assistance work with more enthusiasm and more pragmatic work style. We should not only maintain the stability of the "quantity" of funds, projects and other inputs, but also work hard to improve the "quality", expand the "scope", and increase the "efficiency", so as to promote the overall improvement of Zhigong Party's assistance level and achieve more results, Efforts will be made to make new and greater contributions to Bijie's overall promotion of rural revitalization and the construction of a demonstration area for the implementation of the new development concept.

The meeting commended the winners of the Special Contribution Award for the Central Rural Revitalization of the Zhigong Party and the advanced collectives and individuals who participated in the targeted assistance of the Central Rural Revitalization of the Zhigong Party in 2023; The appointment letters were issued to the presidents and expert representatives of Shanghai Normal University Qixingguan Zhigong Education Research Institute and Qixingguan Zhigong Medical and Health Research Institute. At the meeting, some award-winning representatives made exchange speeches.
