At the meeting, the leading comrades of the party committees of all cities (prefectures) made speeches around "making Guizhou contributions in actively serving the national strategy and winning Guizhou development in actively integrating into the national strategy", and the comrades present at the meeting discussed and exchanged views. After carefully listening to the speeches, Xu Lin pointed out that since the 18th National Congress of the Communist Party of China, General Secretary Xi Jinping has emphasized strategic issues for many times, especially putting forward clear requirements for leading cadres to strengthen strategic thinking. The strategy is to make judgments and decisions from the overall situation, long-term and general trend. Leaders at all levels in the province should be good at strategic thinking, looking at and thinking about problems from a strategic perspective, and constantly improving their ability and level to orient, focus on major issues, and pursue long-term goals. We should strengthen our strategic awareness, thoroughly study and implement the spirit of the important speech delivered by General Secretary Xi Jinping during his visit to Guizhou, deeply grasp the biggest politics of promoting Chinese style modernization, keep in mind the "big man of the country" and the "big plan of the province", consciously think and act in the overall situation, firmly take the initiative to serve and actively integrate into the national strategy. We should maintain a clear sense of strategy. As the "city brain" of Guiyang City, Guiyang City Operation Management Center has highlighted four major functions of "one network overview, one network unified management, one network connected office, and one network sharing", which has effectively promoted the construction of Guiyang's smart city since its launch nearly a year ago.
