The article points out that it is necessary to plan major measures to further comprehensively deepen reform, so as to continuously inject strong impetus into high-quality development and Chinese style modernization. The majority of Party members and cadres should carefully study and understand the important spirit of the article, listen to the "rhythm of the times", and strive to play the "magnificent movement" of Chinese modernization with more firm faith, more loving feelings and more high morale.

　　 Play the "brilliant movement" of Chinese modernization with "soul in heart and root at foot". History and reality have fully proved that only by unswervingly adhering to the leadership of the Party can we ensure that the Chinese style modernization continues in the right direction, and can we gather the great power to realize the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation. The majority of Party members and cadres, as loyal defenders of the Party's cause, should always internalize the Party's belief in the heart and externalize it in the conduct. Guided by the Party's flag and directed by the Party's will, they should pool the strong joint force of the whole Party and the people of all ethnic groups in the country to unite and struggle.
