In the new era and new journey, young cadres should carefully grasp the balance between quantity and quality, personality and diversity, short-term and long-term.

Build a high-quality, professional and young cadre team that firmly implements Xi Jinping's thought of socialism with Chinese characteristics for a new era, conforms to the standards of good cadres for the new era, is loyal, clean and responsible, and has sufficient numbers and vitality. Quantity is the basis of quality, and the number of outstanding young cadres must be guaranteed. At the same time, we attach great importance to the systematic training of cadres, from the source training, tracking training to the whole process training. We will carry out thorough investigation of outstanding young cadres in an all-round way, establish a regular identification mechanism through accurate identification, and select and use young cadres who can do things well, have potential, and are good at taking responsibility.
