In order to implement the important instructions of General Secretary Xi Jinping on promoting new industrialization and the important discussion on new quality productivity, and earnestly implement the decisions and deployment of the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology and the provincial party committee and government, recently, Guizhou Communications Administration and Guizhou Provincial Department of Industry and Information Technology jointly issued the Implementation Plan for the Construction of Guizhou Industrial Internet Identity Resolution System (2024-2027) (hereinafter referred to as the Implementation Plan).

　　 The Implementation Plan proposes the main development goals of industrial Internet identity resolution in Guizhou Province in 2025 and 2027. By 2025, the province will have built a total of five secondary nodes for identification resolution, and create a batch of demonstration secondary nodes for identification resolution in key industries. By 2027, centering on the construction of "six major industrial bases" in the province, we will basically build a logo analysis system with complete functions and advanced facilities. Ten secondary nodes of logo analysis will be built in the province, and the large-scale application effect of industrial Internet logo analysis in the province will be prominent.

Focusing on the development goals, the Implementation Plan proposes 11 key tasks from accelerating the layout of identification resolution infrastructure, accelerating the construction of secondary nodes of identification resolution, improving the capacity of large-scale application of identification resolution, and building the service ecology of identification resolution system, to comprehensively promote the construction of the identification resolution system of industrial interconnection in the province, and promote the digital and intelligent transformation and upgrading of industrial enterprises in the province. In order to promote the smooth implementation of various goals and key tasks, the Implementation Plan puts forward safeguard measures from five aspects: sound mechanism, financial support, security assurance, industrial services, and talent training.

In the next step, Guizhou Communications Administration will further improve the construction of the provincial identity resolution system, implement licensing, management and network security supervision on identity services in accordance with the requirements of the Administrative Measures for Industrial Internet Identity issued by the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, and guide enterprises that carry out industrial Internet identity registration services to operate in a standardized manner. At the same time, we will work with relevant units to strengthen the publicity and promotion of secondary nodes and excellent application cases, guide more business entities to apply for the construction of secondary nodes, promote the deep integration of the digital economy and the real economy, speed up the development of new quality productivity, and jointly create a healthy and orderly industrial ecology of the industrial Internet, Provide strong support for promoting the new industrialization and high-quality development of digital economy in the province.
