On the morning of January 27, the Fifth Plenary Session of the Second Session of the 13th CPPCC Provincial Committee voted to approve the Report of the Proposal Committee of the 13th Guizhou Provincial Committee of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference on the Review of Proposals of the Second Session of the 13th CPPCC Provincial Committee. As of 3:00 p.m. on January 26, the deadline for proposal solicitation during the meeting, 908 proposals had been received, and 898 were reviewed and filed.

According to the Regulations on the Work of Proposals of the Guizhou Provincial Committee of the CPPCC, the proposals reviewed and filed during the plenary session will be handed over to relevant units for handling after the session. The proposals received after the deadline for submission of plenary proposals will be reviewed, filed and assigned as usual proposals.
