In terms of teacher cultivation, we should respect teachers' contributions, maintain their dignity, build a platform for teachers' growth, pay more attention to and help teachers' growth, make teachers regard education as a career, not just a career, let teachers feel valuable, have a sense of gain and happiness, and create a team of teachers who love school as home, love students as children, and love jobs as life.

In terms of student training, we should give full play to the advantages of the county high schools with a long history of running schools, excavate the historical and cultural traditions, form a unique campus culture, and guide teachers and students with culture. "We should not only focus on students' scores, but also cultivate their comprehensive quality. Through carrying out a variety of club activities, every student should have hobbies, expertise and confidence, and learn to love school, family and society." Chen Lihong said.
