It is strictly prohibited to take the vaccination certificate as a prerequisite for enrollment, and students can be asked to provide it in time after the start of school.

The Notice stipulates that school-age children and adolescents should be guaranteed to attend school on time according to law, Before August 31, 2023 (including August 31) Children of the right age who have reached the age of six should receive compulsory education on time. For school-age children whose enrollment needs to be postponed due to health and other reasons, their parents or other legal guardians should apply to the education administrative department at the county level, and their enrollment can be postponed only after being approved. They are not allowed to substitute home learning for the compulsory education implemented by the country without authorization.

For private schools with more applicants than the approved enrollment plan, all enrolled students will be randomly assigned by computers among the enrolled students; For private schools whose number of applicants does not exceed the number of approved enrollment plans, the school will directly enroll students according to their parents' wishes. In principle, the school may not enroll students who do not meet the requirements for enrollment.
