Tips for 2023 College to Undergraduate Cultural Examination in Guizhou Province

According to the requirements of the Notice of the Provincial Department of Education on Doing a Good Job in Upgrading Ordinary Colleges and Universities from Junior College to Undergraduate in 2023, the cultural examination for upgrading ordinary colleges and universities in our province will be held on April 2. The relevant matters are as follows:

1、 Candidates must enter the examination site with their original valid ID cards and admission cards. Do not enter the exam site for the exam if you are 15 minutes late. You can leave the exam 30 minutes before the end of the exam

2、 Candidates should take the initiative to cooperate with the staff of the examination site to carry 2B pencils, black handwriting signature pens, rulers, compasses, triangular plates, rubber without envelopes, transparent pen bags and other stationery into the examination room. It is strictly prohibited to bring electronic equipment (including mobile phones, camera equipment, Bluetooth headsets, smart bracelets, electronic watches, radio transmission and reception equipment, electronic storage memory recording and playback equipment, calculators, etc.), correction fluid, correction tapes, etc. and other non examination supplies into the examination site and examination venue.

3、 Candidates are encouraged not to carry mobile phones to the test site. If they carry mobile phones, they must obey the management of the test site. Any mobile phone or other device with reception and transmission functions carried by the examinee during the examination, whether used or not, will be deemed as cheating in the examination.

4、 Answers can only be started after the test opening signal is sent. Answers can only be answered in the area specified in the answer card. Answers written on the draft paper or outside the area specified in the answer card, and any marks made on the test paper and answer card are invalid. After the end of the exam signal is sent, stop answering questions immediately and exit the exam room orderly according to the supervisor's instructions. It is strictly prohibited to take test papers, answer cards and draft papers out of the examination room, otherwise they will be treated as violations.

5、 Candidates should be the first person responsible for their own health management, and do a good job of personal protection. It is recommended that they wear masks in addition to the identity verification process.

6、 The examinee shall strictly abide by the rules of the examination room and take the examination in good faith. Any cheating behavior of the examinee will be dealt with according to the Measures for Handling Violations of National Education Examination and recorded in the National Education Examination Integrity File. Those suspected of committing a crime will be investigated for criminal responsibility in accordance with the Amendment to the Criminal Law of the People's Republic of China (IX) and the Interpretation of the Supreme People's Court and the Supreme People's Procuratorate on Several Issues Concerning the Application of Law in Handling Criminal Cases such as Cheating in Organizational Examinations.
