Liuguanghe Bridge is located at the junction of Xiuwen County and Qianxi City. It is built to cross Liuguanghe River and is a critical control project of Xifeng Qianxi Expressway in Guizhou Province. The construction of the bridge was commenced on July 20, 2014 and the closure project was completed on December 22, 2016. The main bridge has a span of 580 meters and a total length of 1280 meters. It is a double tower and double cable plane composite girder cable-stayed bridge. When the bridge was completed, its deck height ranked ninth in the world, and it was the largest span steel-concrete composite girder cable-stayed bridge in Guizhou Province.

The Liuguang River Bridge crosses the tributary of Wujiang River, which requires high environmental protection during construction. "The bridge construction adopts different structural forms and construction methods according to different topographic and geological conditions on both banks, in order to reduce the damage to the environment and save construction costs." Liu Jianjun, deputy chief engineer of Guizhou Communications Planning, Survey, Design and Research Institute Co., Ltd. and chief engineer of the Communications Division, introduced. The west bank of Guizhou Province of the bridge is steep and the Xifeng Bank is relatively flat. Therefore, the construction scheme of walking synchronous launching is adopted for the installation of the side span steel main beams of the bridge in the west of Guizhou Province, while the side span and middle span steel main beams of Xifeng are suspended by a full swing crane, and the bridge deck is installed by a crane.

The Xifeng Guizhou Expressway is the expressway loop line in the core economic area of central Guizhou. After the whole road is open to traffic, the driving distance from Xifeng to western Guizhou is shortened from the original two-and-a-half hours to about 60 minutes, making the "three horizontal" Jiangkou Duge whole line open, effectively accelerating the construction of the central Guizhou economic zone, improving the highway network of Guizhou, and building the expressway loop line in the core economic area of central Guizhou, It will promote the construction of Zhijin Xifeng Kaiyang Weng'an Fuquan phosphorus coal chemical industry belt.
