On February 13, at the construction site of Zangke River Bridge on Nayong Qinglong Expressway, the workers were carrying out the construction work in an orderly manner to fully promote the project construction.

 

"The Zangke River Bridge was started in March 2021 and is now fully entering the upper structure construction stage, mainly including the installation of cable saddles, main cables, cable clamps, slings, steel beams, etc., and is scheduled to be completed by the end of August next year." Weng Xuexin, deputy general manager of the Sixth Engineering Co., Ltd. and project manager of Naqing Bid 15, said that the bridge connects Qinglong, Pu'an, and Shuicheng, After completion, the driving distance between the two sides will be shortened from one hour to one minute, truly realizing the transformation from a chasm to a thoroughfare.

 

It is reported that Zangke River Bridge is a double tower single span steel truss girder suspension bridge with a total length of 1849 meters, which is an important link in the construction of Naqing Expressway. After the completion of Naqing Expressway, it will strengthen the north-south transportation links in western Guizhou, form a fast track between Guizhou, Sichuan and Guangxi, and further inject vitality into regional economic development.
