The reporter learned that the scenario of the drill was preset according to the pandemic mode in the "National and Provincial Emergency Plan for COVID-19 Epidemic Control", and simulated that in the context of the global pandemic situation of COVID-19, after Guizhou Province had launched the Level I response to major public health emergencies, many hospitals in our city reported receiving a large number of fever cases suddenly, After the expert risk assessment and judgment, it is believed that the epidemic situation in our city has been pandemic and outbreak, the basic social public services have been seriously impacted again, important economic activities and the production and supply of basic medical and living materials have been seriously affected, causing public panic and endangering social stability. In accordance with the epidemic mitigation strategy of "delaying the epidemic speed and reducing the epidemic peak", the whole society must mobilize to carry out the epidemic prevention and control in an all-round way. Party committees, governments and departments at all levels of the city mobilized in a timely manner, made comprehensive arrangements, compacted the four responsibilities of the territories, departments, units and individuals, implemented the specific measures of "five have and three strict", and further strengthened the common prevention and control system of the whole society to combat the epidemic.
