Notice on the splitting of social insurance and medical insurance data in Gui'an New Area

   All insured units and individuals in Gui'an New Area:

According to the requirements of the Notice on Printing and Distributing the Implementation Plan of Guizhou Medical Insurance - Human Resources and Social Security Information System Splitting and Data Migration (QYBF [2020] No. 29), Gui'an New Area will carry out the data splitting work of social insurance and medical insurance in the near future. Now, the relevant matters are notified as follows:

   1、 System maintenance time

The system was shut down for maintenance from 18:00 p.m. on July 30, 2020 to 9:00 p.m. on August 4, 2020. During the system shutdown, the social security card of Gui'an New Area could not be used normally; The hall (online hall) of the provident fund social security center has suspended social security and medical insurance business. After 9:00 on August 4, the social security system and medical insurance system resumed operation.

   2、 Social insurance and medical insurance business processing method after system data splitting

（1） Social insurance business. The units handling the social insurance (endowment insurance, unemployment insurance, work-related injury insurance) registration, personnel change, social insurance payment, social insurance relationship transfer and continuation, social insurance premium deferral, pension insurance personal account clearance and other businesses of units and individuals shall provide relevant handling materials to the social insurance business window of the social insurance center of the public accumulation fund. （2） Medical insurance business. The units handling medical insurance unit and individual insurance registration, personnel change, medical insurance payment, transfer and continuation of medical insurance relationship, retirement of individual medical insurance account, transfer of retiree account, one-time medical insurance payment of retirees and other businesses shall provide relevant processing materials to the medical insurance business window of the social insurance center of the public reserve fund for processing.
