China Mobile Guizhou Branch took the "May 17" World Telecommunication Day and the Information Society Day as an opportunity to carry out safety protection publicity activities for power, telecommunications, radio and television (hereinafter referred to as "three electricity") facilities throughout the province, and vigorously create a strong atmosphere for the whole people to participate in the safety protection of "three electricity" facilities.

On May 17, at the Memorial Square in Honghuagang District, Zunyi, Guizhou Mobile participated in the centralized publicity activity for safety protection of "three electricity" facilities organized by the "three electricity" office of Guizhou Province. Volunteers distributed more than 220 publicity materials and answered more than 30 public consultations on the spot through on-site Q&A, case display, distribution of leaflets, hanging eye-catching banners and other forms, vigorously publicized the Regulations on Information Infrastructure of Guizhou Province, and the Reward Measures for Guizhou Province to Report "Three Electricity" Violations and Offences, so that the whole society and the people can further improve their awareness of the "Three Electricity" The recognition of the importance of facility safety protection has laid a solid foundation for building a safe, stable and harmonious communication environment.

During the publicity period, Guizhou Mobile also formed a comprehensive, comprehensive and three-dimensional publicity system by sending short messages about safety protection of "three electricity" facilities, playing promotional videos in the business hall, carrying out on-site publicity, line protection publicity and other ways, and called on the whole society to strengthen legal awareness and fulfill the obligation to protect "three electricity" equipment and facilities. At Wanlucheng Square in Xixiu District, Anshun, Tuanjie Square in Bijiang District, Tongren, Wangmu Street in Wangmo County, Southwest Guizhou, and People's Square in Zhongshan District, Liupanshui, Guizhou Mobile issued brochures to publicize the importance, laws and regulations of protecting the safety of "three electricity" facilities to the masses in the past.

"Three electricity" facilities are important national infrastructure and social public facilities, which are related to the national economy and the people's livelihood, national security, public security, comprehensive, coordinated and sustainable economic and social development, and the vital interests of the people.
