He also pointed out that the reason why China's economy is booming is that it has integrated technological development into the process of socialist construction.

He believes that the concept of "new quality productivity" reflects that China promotes the development of productivity in all fields of society through scientific and technological innovation. China's breakthroughs in artificial intelligence technology and new energy technologies represented by lithium batteries and photovoltaic cells are even more powerful examples.
