Overall promotion of two strategies

Promoting new urbanization and overall rural revitalization are both long-term historic tasks. It is necessary to deeply grasp the practical basis and internal mechanism of the coordinated development of the two strategies, and systematically design and coordinate the promotion.

First, reshaping the relationship between urban and rural areas and taking the road of integrated urban and rural development require the overall promotion of two strategies. Urbanization and rural revitalization are mutually reinforcing, integrated and inseparable.
