In 2019, "morality" is still the top priority of the network integrity construction in the top ten news collection and selection activities of China's network integrity. The extensive use of new technologies has provided new ideas and new convenience for the construction of network integrity. What should not be missed in the construction of network integrity in 2019 is that in July of this year, the General Office of the State Council issued the Guiding Opinions on Accelerating the Construction of Social Credit System and Building a New Credit based Supervision Mechanism, which requires that "Internet+" and big data should be fully used to support credit supervision, so as to achieve credit supervision data comparability, process traceability Problems can be monitored.

New technological means such as "Internet+" and big data have added wings to the construction of network integrity, and "one dishonesty, one limitation" has improved the "disciplinary effectiveness" of network dishonesty. In May this year, the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China and the State Council issued the Opinions on Deepening Reform and Strengthening Food Safety, proposing to use big data, cloud computing, the Internet of Things, artificial intelligence, blockchain and other technologies to "smart supervision" in the field of food safety supervision. By collecting massive data from multiple directions, computing and processing hundreds of millions of commodity pictures and massive risk information, combined with real name verification, all kinds of network violations were located and tracked, and all kinds of network transaction risks were included in the monitoring and early warning. In October, the "blockchain smart contract" judicial application of the Hangzhou Court, which "promotes the efficient handling of violations through litigation source governance", also shows the vigorous skills of the "technology" sword.
